Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items (see exceptions below). Your satisfaction is our top priority – we process returns faster than a model changes outfits during fashion week.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached (our pieces deserve to travel in style).

Step 4: Once received, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank
Exchange Process
Need a different size or color? Follow the same return process above and include a note requesting an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or altered items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement faster than you can say “fashion emergency”.
