Shipping & Delivery

A: We offer two fashion-forward delivery choices:
1) Express Standard (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx (perfect for urgent style needs)
2) Free Standard: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over £50

Q: Why don’t you ship to my country?

A: Currently we’re unable to ship to select Asian countries and remote regions due to complex customs regulations. We’re constantly expanding our delivery network – follow us on social media for shipping updates!

Q: How can I track my order?

A: You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your style statement leaves our Cardiff warehouse. For Express Standard orders, use the carrier’s website (DHL/FedEx). For Free Standard, track via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer exchanges – simply return your item and place a new order.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Once we receive your return at our Cardiff warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when completed.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
